A disappointing stay. Our room was covered in dust, I’ve never seen a situation like this before. We complained to manager on this, they apologized and promised to fix everything, but in the end of the day they didn’t even take away trash from the room (which we specifically left sign for on our door). There is an air cleanser in a room, but I don’t think it’s much of a use when all surfaces are covered with dust. I don’t recommend this place, especially for those people with allergies.

這間酒店有兩棟，被安排去較新的別館，感覺很不錯。房間是雙人房，但我只一人入住，以這個價位，實在太化算。但位置離京都站較遠，不適合拿大行李的旅客。

The room was big and the building seemed so modern. However, I didn't give 5 stars because the curtain of the bathroom was reddish mouldy.. should be replaced already. Location wise, at the quiter and calmer side. But can get easy city bus access to go to all attractions.

Just fine for the price. Kyoto Station is in 8min walk. Many other hotels around, many shrines and private property. Sadly, there is Indian ghetto down the road🥀💀

先説下位置，在京都站附近走路大概12分鐘的樣子，離東福寺可以步行過去十幾分鍾，東寺過去也是十幾分鍾，東寺可以看夜楓，東福寺可以看白天的，永觀堂南禪寺清水寺距離好幾公里，附近比較安靜，吃飯的燒鳥店需要走大概穿過巷子300米有店，如果怕吵記得提前告訴酒店要高樓層或者背對街道的房間，房間大小還好，不算太小，廁所什麼的都挺乾淨的，就是國內如家的標準，但是因為楓葉季也是他們的假日哪一天價格超貴，前台是有韓語英語，好像沒有中文服務，前台的日本小姐姐超級漂亮，人很可愛，服務也很好，就還不錯，衞生中規中矩，全五分好評是給那個可愛的日本小姐姐的

房間面積還可以，但是床鋪的用品太多棉屑，一定要開空氣清淨機，不然鼻子一定受不了；另外我入住5天都完全沒有人打掃衛生，哪怕是拉圾都沒有人收拾，我都掛了牌在外面說需要打掃，竟然還是沒有人處理，而且大堂男的年輕接待態度都非常跩，還沒有那些外國招待的態度好，而且離京都站絕對不近，還挺遠的，反正就是，I promise no next time.

我認為酒店服務很好，樓下有免費自助茶水和咖啡，酒店環境很好，房間內乾淨衞生，有智能馬桶和浴缸，還有冰箱。

Upside: Clean. Quiet. Close to public transport. Nice decoration. Spacious room. Has a luggage rack for the suitcase. Power sockets on each side of the bed. Individual air con inside the room. Downside: Coin laundry is outside, next to the hotel. A bit of a hassle to use. Limited number of washing machines. The water tap in the bathroom is special. Probably better for auto filling the bath. Can't do a small flow.
